Happy Valentine’s Day!

It’s Valentine’s Day!    I didn’t used to get very excited about Valentine’s Day.  In fact, Aaron and I never really celebrated the holiday all that much.  But then I had kids, and everything changed.    I did a little research this year on the history of Valentine’s Day and decided it was a good thing to teach Kayla.  So this year we made some Valentine crafts and heart-shaped cookies, giving us a chance to talk briefly about the story behind Valentine’s Day.  To learn more about the holiday, visit www.wikipedia.org.
