I know we mostly post pictures of our kids, so here’s a picture that actually has me in it if you’re interested.
Savannah is swaddled in the picture. She actually spends a lot of time swaddled in a blanket. One of the nurses at the hospital recommended the book/DVD “The Happiest Baby on the Block.” Dr. Karp explains how to swaddle a baby and recommends swaddling for the first three months of a newborn’s life. It has definitely helped with Savannah when she’s fussy!
By the way, I don’t even think I’m wearing make up in this picture. For someone who always puts on make up before going to the hospital when she’s in labor, I’m surprised I posted this. 
Swaddling is a wonderful thing. You look positively gleeful that Savannah is asleep.
